Abstract Submission

Sorry, it is no longer possible to submit abstracts.

Abstracts are invited from all participants for oral and poster presentation. All abstracts should be submitted in English and sent electronically via this website (input mask on submission form)

before 1 July 2009.

Please note that abstract submission is not available with the mac browser safari. You may contact KIT Dresden if you have difficulties while sending your abstract. Please follow the guidelines given on the Abstracts Form.

Rules for abstracts

The abstract should be no longer than 2600 characters and should state the purpose, methods and results of the study.

The limit of 2600 characters refers to manually typed text. If you copy-paste the text, hidden formatting might still be included and you will be informed that your text exceeds the limit of 2600 characters. We recommend copy-pasting it into a text editor like Notepad and then onto the website.

Some symbols are not recognized by the tool if they are copy-pasted. Make sure to use the websites editing tool to include the special characters.

Abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Program Committee. The committee reserves the right to change topic title and presentation type of accepted abstracts.

Authors will be informed by 15 July 2009 whether their abstracts have been accepted or not.

Please note that the registration for the Abstract Form is independent of the registration for the conference attendance. You will get a password via email which may take some minutes.
