We have reserved time slots of 45 minutes for invited talks and 25 minutes for all other conference presentations both including the time for discussions.

All authors are requested to make use of electronic presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint PPT or in Adobe PDF format. The presentation hardware will be Windows-based, so Macintosh users should ensure that their presentations will project correctly under Windows especially if you have symbols or equations in your presentation.

It is mandatory that the data media are delivered to the Organisers at least in the evening before the day your session takes place. Please note that in order to ensure a smooth running of the sessions the use of your own laptops/notebooks is only allowed in exceptional cases.

You will get materials to attach your poster at the registration desk in the Foyer of the Exhibition Hall. The desk will be open on 25 October from 17:00 h on. Please fix your poster during the registration procedure and welcome reception. All poster boards can be found in the Exhibition Hall.
