** Please note that in order to qualify for Student fees, you must be a full-time student. We kindly ask you to send your registration form along with a letter (pdf) from your head of department confirming your status to:
KIT Dresden, subject: 'Student fee NBM 2009'.

For registrations after 16 October 2009, 12 a.m. please send an email to:, subject: 'late registration NBMConference'. In that case the registration fee must be payed cash at the registration desk.

Conference fees include:

Access to all scientific sessions;
the book of abstracts in printed form and on CDROM;
3 lunches, each including one soft drink; snacks, coffee & refreshments during the breaks of all conference days (2 per day);
attendance at the Welcome Reception with drinks and snacks;
the Guided Walking City Tour and the Conference Dinner (buffet and drinks included).

Conference fees can be paid via bank transfer or by credit card. In the latter case please have your credit card ready.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be made in writing (i.e. e-mail KIT Dresden or fax +49 351 4956116) to the Conference office K.I.T. GmbH.

For cancellations received by 26 May 2009 a cancellation fee of Euro 50,00 will be charged by K.I.T. For cancellations received between 26 May and 31 July 2009 you will receive a 50 % refund. There is no refund in case of cancellation after 1 August 2009. Consideration of request for refunds will be processed after the conference.
